Dianne supports leaders in being more effective in their roles. She provides leadership training and coaching, supporting leaders, managers and supervisors transform their desired goals into reality. Her experience in the public sector in management, human resources and change management supports her work with leaders. Her clients come from government, banking and energy -electricity and gas, aviation, health, manufacturing and non-profit. Her international experience includes working with leaders in other cultures. She represented Manitoba on an Eastern Europe leadership project and she lived and worked in Oman where her clients were Omani leaders. She is Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC in the Executive Coaching program.
She holds Certificates in Management, Human Resource and Executive Coaching She has a BA in Conflict Resolution and an MA in Leadership and Training. She is Director of Programming and President Elect for ICF Saskatchewan. She served as a Director on the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) National Board in the Chapter Liaison role working with Chapter leaders across Canada and reporting to the Board. She is based in based in Winnipeg and serves clients across Canada and internationally.
