Destination Leadership Announces:  

LEVEL 1 - ICF-Approved Coach Training

Destination Leadership provides three (3) coach-training opportunities towards the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and offering up to a total of 124 Hours of Level 1 Accredited Coach Training.

• Fast-Track to ACC: CERTIFIED LEADERSHIP COACH (CLC) TRAINING (60 hours): The Fast-Track to ACC is Destination Leadership's foundational 60-hour coach training program - and the gateway to the ICF's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. 

• Advanced Certificate: ADVANCED MINDFULNESS COACHING CERTIFICATE (40 hours):  The Advanced Certificate is an optional program focused on coaches with a minimum of 60 hours of Level 1 coach training, who want to add mindfulness to their coaching practice. This program also provides 40 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours for ACC credential renewal.

• Advanced Certificate: ADVANCED CONVERSATIONS IN LEADERSHIP COACHING (24 hours):  The Advanced Certificate is an optional program focused on coaches with a minimum of 60 hours of Level 1 coach training, who want to add advanced conversations in leadership coaching with a focus on psychological safey and brain fundamentals to their coaching practice.  This program also provides 24 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours for ACC credential renewal.

• Delivery Method: Offered as an in-person classroom and/or virtual classroom via Zoom
• Locations: Provided as public offerings within Canada/USA, and offered as in-house offerings globally
• Target Audience: Leaders at all levels in the workplace, business and corporate professionals, human resource professionals, consultants, project managers, change management professionals, and teachers and trainers.
• Pre-requisites: None are required.
• Number of Contact Hours: A total of 124 hours of Level 1 ICF-Accredited Training: 
  • Fast-Track: Certified Leadership Coach Training (60 hours)
  • Advanced Certificate: Mindfulness Coach Training (40 hours)
  • Advanced Certificate: Advanced Converations in Leadership Coaching (24 hours)
