ICF Mentor Coaching (One-on-One, Group, and Drop-In Options)
Destination Leadership’s Mentor Coaching Program (10+ hours)
The Mentor Coaching Program outlined below is targeted at the following:
- Past ACSTH Program CLC Graduates (60+ hours) who did not complete 3-hours of one-on-one mentor coaching and submit their final performance evaluation (completion prior to 2023),
- Partial Level 1 CLC Graduates who still need to complete their 3-hours of one-on-one mentor coaching and submit their final performance evaluation, and
- ACC Credential Renewal Candidates who need 10 hours of Mentor Coaching (required on a 3-year renewal timeframe)

One-on-One Mentor Coaching |
One-on-One Mentor Coaching: Three (3) hours of one-on-one Mentor Coaching is required to qualify for the: 1) Level 1 ACC Path Application, and 2) the ACC Renewal. Fee includes ICF Core Competency Learning & ACC Exam Prep. |

Group Mentor Coaching |
Group Mentor Coaching: Attend the Group Mentor Coaching Sessions with past CLC graduates who are either fulfilling their mentor coaching hours to receive the ICF Level 1 certificate pre-qualification for Level 1 ACC Path – or renewing their ACC credential for re-certification.
Attention ACSTH/Level 1 Graduates: If you have received an ACSTH or Level 1 Certificate, you have already completed the allowable seven (7) hours of Group Mentor Coaching. Participating in the “Drop-In” Group Mentor Coaching sessions is optional and can be used as a refresher and/or to record a coaching session to be used in One-on-One Mentor Coaching.

Final Performance Evaluation:
ICF Level 1 Qualification: Your recordings will be assessed against the ACC Bars with PCC Level Feedback. Your final recording is your performance evaluation, and a Passing Score is required for all Level 1 ACC Path applicants. ACC Renewal: ACC Renewal recordings will be reviewed against the ACC Bars, PCC Markers and PCC Level Feedback will be provided. There is no passing score requirement for ACC Renewal. |
