• Pre-work: Complete Coaching Client In-Take Profile

  • Discovery Session: Initial session to explore the coaching process and establish the coaching agreement

   

  • Intake Session: Two (2) hours to explore Client Profile and establish the client coaching goals
    

   

  • Six (6) Coaching Sessions: Bi-weekly over a 3-month timeframe
    

   

  • Assessment Debrief: 1 hour (can be combined with regular coaching session)
    

   

  • Closing Session: 1 hour to debrief and identify take-aways
