OPTION 2: 6-Month Leadership Coaching Package: $6,500.00 (plus taxes)

 

• Pre-work: Complete Coaching Client In-Take Profile
  

 

• Discovery Session: Initial session to explore the coaching process and establish the coaching agreement
  

 

• Intake Session: Two (2) hours to explore Client Profile and establish the client coaching goals
  

 

• Twelve (12) Coaching Sessions: Bi-weekly over a 6-month timeframe
  

 

• Assessment(s) & Debriefs: Complete two (2) online self-assessments and debriefs
  

 

• Total Hours: Total of sixteen (16) hours
