S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ ACCREDITATED - Shana Ring is an Accredited Facilitator of Level 1 (individual) and Level 2 (team) and completed the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Accreditation developed by the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership, authors of the book Psychological Safety: The Key to Happy High-Performing People and Teams and qualify as a S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ 1:1 Facilitator.

Grant Ring is also an Accredited Facilitator of the Level 1 (individual) S.A.F.E.T.Y. Assessment, and is in the process of completing the Level 2 (team) Facilitator Accreditation.
