Sue is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  As a trusted business advisor and executive coach, Sue has dedicated her career to empowering teams and organizations to reach new heights of performance and profitability. With over 25 years of experience in executive and senior leadership roles across diverse industries she brings a wealth of knowledge to guide clients through complex business challenges and strategic decision-making.

Through a coach approach, Sue specializes in partnering with executives, high-potential leaders, and teams to cultivate effective leadership behaviors, enhance strategic thinking, and drive sustainable growth. Sue is an executive coach and accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a Level 1 and Level 2 Accredited S.A.F.E.T.Y™ Facilitator through the Academy of Brain Based Learning, and a Master Certified Facilitator of EXPEDITION Coaching with Destination Leadership, Sue also holds several assessment certifications including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360.

Sue has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba and a Business Teacher Education certificate from Red River College Polytech.
