Shana Ring, President of Destination Leadership, focuses on providing leadership coaching training, one-on-one coaching, and consulting services in the area of coaching, leadership development, succession planning, culture change, high performance team development and organizational effectiveness.

Since 2007, Shana’s work has focused on equipping people at all levels within the workplace with the skills, knowledge and ability to support themselves and others through change and transition towards building an engaged culture. Shana’s programming emphasizes building resiliency and capacity within oneself as a leader as the key to being able to develop resiliency and capacity within others.

Shana Ring is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program through Royal Roads University. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina. She is also certified in numerous tools including Prosci, MBTI, EQ-I and EQ-360, EXPEDITION Coaching, Crucial Conversations, Legacy Leadership, Organizational Culture Inventory, Coaching Clinic, among others. 

Shana is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and brings over 25 years of HR-related work experience. She spent over 13 years working at SaskPower in Human Resources specializing in Organizational Development leading culture change, developing succession planning and leadership development programs, and facilitating organizational effectiveness.

Shana is the founder of EXPEDITION Coaching and offers three (3) levels of coaching skills training and certification that have been approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) and Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Hours. Shana is Co-Founder ICF-Saskatchewan Chapter, past Treasure and past Program Chair, and past Chair and Board Member of the Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan.
